Almost all carriers and accessories are held in stock at Snuggle Gully and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, with weekend orders dispatching on a Monday.
Selected items are available for pre-order and dispatch/delivery times for these products can be checked with us when they are pre-ordered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Snuggle Gully cares about your satisfaction when you purchase from us. However, there may be a situation where you wish to return a product for a refund or an exchange, in which case, please follow the procedure set out below.
Before sending the product(s) back to us please contact us to advise that you are returning your product(s). We might be able to sort the issue out and avoid the exchange or return.
A request for a refund or return is made within 14 days of receipt of your order. If a request for a refund (either full or partial) or a return is made after 14 days of receipt of your order, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your request. You have up to 30 days to return your goods.
The product is returned in an “as new” condition - with all original packaging and instructions. If an item shows signs of wear or is returned without packaging or is washed / used, you will be unable to exchange it, but a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. If the product was damaged in transit, please let us know and return it with the original mailing bag so we can seek compensation from the delivery company.
The cost of return postage to Snuggle Gully is incurred by the customer. We recommend you use registered post as it is your responsibility to ensure the product(s) arrive safely back to Snuggle Gully. Where a product was damaged or faulty on arrival, Snuggle Gully will refund your postage costs on receipt of the items.
If an item is damaged or faulty we may provide a full or partial refund or exchange. Please contact us so we can assess the fault and work out how to best proceed. We may ask you to send pictures to check the issue with the manufacturer.
We do not cover the freight costs of exchanges. We recommend you include a self-addressed post satchel with your returned item. Alternatively we will invoice you for postage at $10 for courier / $15 Express Post.
A 10% restocking fee can apply in some cases in order to cover costs associated with your order. Please email to discuss prior to your purchase/return if you’re unsure.
Return or exchanges are not available for sale and clearance items.
Please retain a copy of your purchase receipts for warranty purposes.
